Returns and Exchange Policy

You are required to ensure that before you make an order and proceed to check out that you have full satisfied yourself as to your expectations on the particulars and specifications of the product (s) including but not limited to your use, size, shape colour, and pressure levels. Please note that once delivery is made, there will be no returns and or exchange of product based on change of mind.

 

However, in the event that the delivered product does not conform to any of your specifications through no fault of yours, then the Company will exchange the product(s) subject to the following conditions:
a) You must inform the Company through the designated online return process or by contacting customer care within 5 business days after receipt of the Product of any error in product specifications.
b) Products must be returned to the Company within 10 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase [including order, invoice, receipt etc].
c) The products must be in similar condition as when delivered; complete, undamaged, or otherwise unused with all packaging and original labels (if any) attached.
d) Products on sale or on promotion are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
e) The returned product will undergo a quality assessment to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions and reasons have been met.
f) The reason for return must be due to:
i. Wrong product;
ii. Damaged product;
iii. Defective product; or
iv. Incomplete product;

 

Exchange will be done after the Company has received the returned product back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions through a quality assessment. You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the product to the Company.

The process of return and exchange may take time based on the quality assessment that will be applied to the product and the reason for return. You will be informed once the process of assessing the quality is completed. If there are any issues or your return does not meet our return and exchange policy, we will inform you and thereafter send the product back to you.
